The two times I had interviews with their CEO, he was very insulting and patronizing. Meanwhile, he himself came off like someone who didn't understand Amazon or Amazon Ads at all. He came off like someone who was reading interview questions directly from ChatGPT, if I'm being directly honest.
Typical agency owner: sells the service (Account Management) but doesn't know anything about what he's actually selling.

The interview process was smooth, very in depth. Culture fit is important. Loads of good questions, three different stages. Everyone I met was very nice and the interview process was explained well before it all started.

Interview 1: Recruiter
Basic interview about skills and experience and what I was looking for. Great experience
Interview 2: Phone interview
Decent interview with loads of questions. went over on time significantly. I've found that if someone goes over on time significantly, it can show you that they're not organized. It was an hour interview that went almost two hours with lots of irrelevant questions about classes I took 15 years ago.
Interview 3: In person with CEO who was also the department head
Interview was CEO seemed like something wasnt right. I later found out he was lying about key things including his experience as well as other key things that made me take the position I was offered.
Interview 4: Lunch with 3 employees.
This was pretty cool. You go out to lunch with a few people from the company and ask questions and get to know them more.
