None really for me. They offeered on spot due to my qualification and past experience. The manager was way under qualified to handle his job. Often asked me for advice on how to handle his job! Like I wasn't busy enough dealing with the staff at the bank (physcos)
It was extremely easy since I was being promoted from within. They asked me if I wanted the job, why, and how I would exceed in the role. So I said I want the job because I need the job, and I would excel in the role because I'm the best and I had the proof to back it up.
