Pretty simple interview process, it was kind of time consuming using the on boarding process and doing everything. You will be required to get a drug test, get fingerprinted and fill out a few forms and papers, then you will get your picture taken. All of this occurs after your interview but must be done before your first day at the Branch.

The process started with me doing some aptitude tests after submitting my application, I was followed up with a text to schedule a phone interview with their recruiter, she was very polite and is moving me on to the in person interview which is still in the process of getting set up. She even extended a tentative start date and starting pay, so I'm hopeful for this position!
Applied online then followed by some online assessments. Then received a mail to schedule a phone interview with recruiter. After that In person Interview at the Mentor Branch. After successful In person Interview there will be 2-3 week training

Entrevista
Did a phone interview then did a in person interview. They called to reschedule to a earlier time. I interviewed with the supervisor and branch manager. Supervisor was the only one that talked in the interview. Branch manager did not say a single word.
