Bank uses video interviewing software called Truevue, where applicant makes a video through your laptop or pad and answers interview questions through video, then HR reviews and informs who made it and who didn't. Very impersonal, you never speak to a live person throughout the entire process which takes hours of prep then interview. No verification that someone actually viewed the interview tape or even acknowledged that they received it and it was viewable. Do you really want to work for this company?

All the typical HR questions about likes and dislikes, work style, job preference, situations and how you would respond to each one. Only thing is the questions were not asked, you read them on your laptop and the software videotapes your responses through computer camera and mike. It's an actually job interview but no one is present at your interview except yourself. Impersonal !

Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.

Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
