The interview process was pretty easy except for the part where the manager kept being interrupted every 2-3 minutes by other employees. She sort of rushed the interview hardly made eye contact because she was watching the floor during the whole interview, but she was a nice lady.

The process started with me doing some aptitude tests after submitting my application, I was followed up with a text to schedule a phone interview with their recruiter, she was very polite and is moving me on to the in person interview which is still in the process of getting set up. She even extended a tentative start date and starting pay, so I'm hopeful for this position!
Applied online then followed by some online assessments. Then received a mail to schedule a phone interview with recruiter. After that In person Interview at the Mentor Branch. After successful In person Interview there will be 2-3 week training

Entrevista
Did a phone interview then did a in person interview. They called to reschedule to a earlier time. I interviewed with the supervisor and branch manager. Supervisor was the only one that talked in the interview. Branch manager did not say a single word.
