phone interview and then face to face. Its all on the manager. If the manager likes you then he or she is going to convince the regional. It doesn't matter where you come from just be energetic and ready to sell sell sell sell.

no technical questions or anything like that. Just sell the product without the customer noticing you are selling them something. ODP you have to enrolled them for what? so you can get a dollar... forget it

The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication

Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
