There was just one round for this interview process. It took about 1 hour consisting of basic-knowledge questions about reservoir engineering and soft skills questions. There were 5 commitees consisting of 1 department manager, 3 team leaders and 1 HR. Technical skills question were only asked by team leader. All of them asked about soft skills questions.
