The HR will call you for a quick interview mostly regarding the position. Then there will be some situation questions. He then will schedule you for another interview with the heads if you pass the phone interview. Despite the easy interview, the HR I encountered does not have the audacity to let you know if you passed the interview or not. Upon inquiring for an update, the HR will simply ignore you.
