The interview was fairly easy and a job was offered like a week later. I met with three team people. It lasted a little over one hour. The questions were basic like why are you seeking a new position
and salary
The interview process for me was at my school. Chevron land reps came and presented to a class of people, then offered an opportunity for us to apply for an internship at Chevron.

Entrevista
Very corporate process. Scripted questions from a sheet read by lead interviewer. Not much resume focus. Not much discretion by interviewer as to going off script. Felt like interview was probably being videotaped. Abstract questions focused on problem solving skills, teamwork issues, etc. Seemed like interviewer felt awkward at times sticking to the script. Other employees in room did not contribute much.
