The final interview process involved a multi-person "hot seat" process where several people were able to ask questions during the same interview. The questions varied from personal to business-related. It would be wise to prepare ahead of time as it can be an intense process.

There was a written 3 hour skills test consisting of law related question. This was followed by a 1 hour in person interview with a panel at the Chevron office in Lagos. There was a two month timeline between the test and the interview invitation. All the questions were behavioral and responses were expected to be based on the STAR method. There was a three month timeline from the interview until the final feedback.

It was Casual and very to the point. It was a Two step process in person and a decision was made in the spot. Others say the process took a long time but it depends on the position and the hiring manager to make a decision on timing.
