Phone Interview then Panel Interview and then they will just send you an email if either you pass or not. The process is quite easy and the culture is not toxic

What are the biggest challenges you face and how did you handle them?
The interview process was pretty smooth as I had did research on the position I was applying for. Since I wasn't new to the company I was able to answer a lot of questions based upon the experience that I had here already.
