Very simple process. On-campus recruiters collected resumes and they (2) interviewed qualified candidates the next day. Questions revolved mostly around details from your resume and some basic behavioral/STAR type questions/scenarios: Describe a situation where you displayed great communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving sills. Received phone call ~2 weeks later with a verbal offer. Official offer emailed later that same week. Given 2 weeks to accept/decline offer. Simple background check after accepting offer. Drug test as well; was surprised they even tested hair, but this occurs several months after your official offer.
