i was referred by an employee. so i call the supervisor and stop by at her office with my resume. a few days later she called me to schedule an interview. at the interview she explained me what i am expected to do in this job. 5 days later i start the job.

Prepare thoroughly for straightforward questions, projecting professionalism and showcasing your strong work ethic. It's a manageable process that doesn't demand extensive preparation. You can prepare if you want but you will be fine
The interview is easy. Its just basically behavioral questions. I dont remember all the questions but its mostly about making sure you are able to work in that environment. I wouldnt worry too much.
