Entrevista
The interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by a panel interview with managers. They focused on past sales experience, leadership style, and ability to handle client relationships. The discussion was conversational but also tested how well I understood Chevron’s business and sales strategies. Overall, it was fair and gave me a good sense of the role and company culture.

They asked me to share an example of a time I successfully turned around an underperforming sales team and what specific strategies I implemented to achieve results.
Involved HR, line manager, local GM, different department manager to conduct the interview. There were 2 rounds of the interview and lasted for 1.5 hours every time. Fair and good experience.
