I applied online and the application was easy. I got an email the same day I applied. It was a group interview with 2 other people. There were 3 people interviewing us. I got asked for a 2nd interview and this was also a group interview, but only one person was interviewing us this time and he never asked any questions about how we would benefit chipotle if we were hired. They were really laid back. The manager was possibly only 23.

They have no specific area for the interview, so I have interview at the table where customers eat their foods.
They didn't mention about the exact position of the work when I looking for a job so I can know about it while I have an interview.
They only ask my availability and nothing more. It ended really fast.

Arrived 30 mins early and told one of the employees that I came in for an interview. Thirty mins passed and no one attended to me. Decided to wait an extra 20 mins but still no one. I then went and reminded one of the employees, and an interviewer finally came.

Myself and 1 other applicant waited for almost an hour for the interviewer to show up..... but never did. The Kitchen Lead then decided to ask us a few questions.... 5 minutes before the restaurant was going to open.
