I first met Pinstripe at the Marquette Workforce job fair in the spring. The impression I got from the recruiters there was that if I would present them a plate of baked goods, I would receive the job. I was that turned off. A few weeks later, I got an email asking me to apply online, then I received a call to coordinate a phone interview on an upcoming Wednesday. This was extremely easy. The interview lasted for maybe a half an hour. While on the phone, I scheduled a 1:1 interview for Friday, only two days later. I was also emailed a personality test and a website to fill out a reference form. Note: I filled out the reference form at 10pm before my in person interview, which was at 11am. Fast forward to the next day. I arrived early for my interview around 10:50am. I spent a good 15 minutes sitting in the lobby by myself because nobody was at the front desk, and it took awhile for a passing person to ask me if I was waiting for someone. I finally saw one of the people who saw me that day and assisted me in filling out background check forms and other applications. She then left for another 10-15 minutes and finally my would-be supervisor came in to ask a few questions. These were focused on my job history and this only lasted for about 5 minutes. EXTREMELY informal. I then received a phone call 3 hours later with a job offer.
