The interview and hiring process was very easy. Everyone was extremely friendly and quick to get things moving. The entire process only took about two days to complete. I was contacted immediately after my interview to speak with a recruiter who was extremely welcoming.

First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.
