Originally the interview was suppose to be 2 rounds(Phone, Final). However after completing the final round, I was required to complete a technical assessment. I felt this was very misleading because there was never any mention of a technical assessment until after I completed the final interview. They should change their interview process to: Assessment -> Phone -> Final
