Entrevista
Applied online and got a message from the recruiter a couple days later to schedule a phone interview. Was quick and only asked a couple of situational questions, mostly informative and there to answer my questions. Later that day manager called me to schedule in person interview at the end of the week. Also very easy, more conversational than anything with very casual questions about yourself. Received a verbal offer the next business day from recruiter, who then handled and got a response for my counter offer before the end of the day. Overall great recruiting experience!

They have a list of ~10 questions to expect on their career website. If you’re prepared to answer those, know your own work history, and have a reason why you like Citizens particularly; you’ll be fully prepared and more!

First you have to complete an online assessment, that once completed is valid for 6 months. If you passed the assessment they schedule an in-person interview at the branch where they ask questions about your education and experiences , to tell about yourself, also role play where you need to respond using the STAR method and its also good to do a little bit of research about the bank and the credit cards they offer.

There were 2 interview processes which included one over the phone that asked generic questions and the other in person with the branch manager. Very smooth process and heard back within a week.

Entrevista
The interview process was hard for a teller position that wasn’t anything special. The interview was a bit rude. I was professionally dressed and have a degree in business yet she was short in wording and never got a call or email after.
