      Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela ClearPoint Strategy (Arlington, VA) em jun. de 2024

      Entrevista

      3 interviews. 2 digital & 1 multi-panel onsite. Spread out over a 3ish week period due to the holiday. The experience left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth due to the fact that ultimately they chose to close the position. However, that could have been conveyed prior to me wasting my time going through all of these interviews. And as I review their glass door interviews, it seems like this is a pattern of them just interviewing people just for the sake of time wasting and then not actually hiring for that position. So I'm putting this out here so that anyone who looks up this company will be fully aware and can then decide to make the choice of whether they would like their time wasted and attempting to pursue or if they would just like to pursue other options.

      Entrevista

      I had a wonderful experience interviewing for the Customer Success Manager role. From HR to the hiring manager and future teammate, every conversation felt authentic, thoughtful, and engaging. I found a lot of alignment in our values, and it was clear that the company fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation. Their product is very cool and I was especially impressed by how tech-forward the organization is, actively integrating AI into their daily workflows. Although I ultimately accepted another offer that was too good to pass up and withdrew from the interview process, I came away with a great impression of this team and their mission. I’d highly encourage others to explore career opportunities here, and I truly hope our paths cross again in the future.
