Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Code To The Future (Lancaster, CA).
Entrevista
Simple interview - met with ceo and director of business operations. Had good connections with them and feel like it was a good interview. They had me present materials and gave the opportunity to ask lots of questions.
I applied online and the following week I received a text message after 8 pm on a Saturday night asking when I was free to talk. I responded the following morning. I never heard back from them.
Quite frankly, I'm glad. I have never had my first contact with a potential employer be over text message. And texting on a Saturday evening is very unprofessional. If they are doing that on our first contact, what boundaries do they respect for their employees?
No thanks.

I had one phone interview and one video interview. The phone interview went really well. It was standard with some unique questions to keep the conversation going. After the phone interview, the interviewer told me that I would be on a video interview with him and a couple other individuals from the company. When the video interview came, it was only him. I thought it was suspicious / the others could not make it. I went along with the interview. A week passes and I did not hear anything from them. Next thing I notice, I see someone posting the job on an unofficial job board for the same position. Great way to send a rejection. I think I was thrown off the table after the phone interview and they were just entertaining me. Weird and unprofessional.
