The interview process is a mess. You have to constantly be chasing recruitment for updates on your interview process and after almost 2 months of the initial screening and a one way interview. I got an interview with mid-level employees and never even got an interview with the hiring manager. Never have I seen this before. After chasing the recruiter again for an update after 3 weeks, I was told somebody else was already hired. Clearly a company inconsiderate of its applicants’ time. Definitely dodged a bullet here.

Recruiter was friendly during the initial intake but struggled to understand what location i was applying to despite it being in the application and verbally communicated. next step was a pre-recorded interview - easy softball questions and quite frankly a waste of time as it did not add anything meaningful to the recruitment process. met with two interviewers for next steps - first one was mediocre and the interviewer was not prepared; the focused more on asking what offices i would be interested in commuting to (despite reiterating several times in the screening call that i applied to a NYC role. interview #2 was a wash as the interview thought they were meeting with a candidate in their location (however this interviewer at least provided helpful details on the role and asked thoughtful questions). Left the interview process with no intention of following up on next steps

Entrevista
The company reviewed my resume and application which I submitted online. They responded very quickly to schedule a meeting/interview. The next week, I met with two members of the Human Resources team to discuss my education, relevant projects, professional experience, etc.The questions were not hard-hitting, but required the interviewee to discuss his/her experiences and explain how they would be useful to the company.
