The process for me has been very different compared to my friends interview (who got the job). She sent in resume, got a call a week later, scheduled interview, met with 4/5 people, after a 2 hour interview, they decided which department she would be best suited for. A few days later she accepted the job. MY interview, however, was very rushed, brief and unsatisfying. Especially knowing what her interview consisted of.. I sent in my resume directly to the HR department and got a call back a couple hours later to set up an interview with the Hiring Recruiter. I met with her at 12:00 and I was released by 12:30 .. It was just her and I. The interview with her felt uncomfortable and rushed. She did not show any interest in any of my background that did not involve past employment. I felt like she did not appreciate my honesty and was not interested in hiring me. She told me that she had to submit her notes on our interview and my resume to a different department who would then let HER know if THEY wanted me to come back for a second interview. It has only been two days but I am doubtful they will call me back.
