Everyone was friendly and interview was straightforward where I heard back quickly. I had 3-4 round of interviews. Medium level coding questions and general behavioral questions. Recruiter kept me up to date what the next steps are

Entrevista
The interview process was very slow. It took them a month to conduct interviews. I cleared all the interviews but didn't get the offer letter even after submitting all the documents. If a candidate is not holding any competing offer from other company , then offer letter is not rolled out to them by Colgate HR even after clearing all the interviews which is weird.Why were they even conducting interviews and wasting candidates time if they never wanted to rolled out offer letter even after selecting candidate?
