1-) Phone screening HR interview
2-) On-site interview with manager
3-) On-site interview with Director
There are basically there steps. As I told above, first HR is calling you to test your english level and asking your some HR type general question and then they invited me to on-site after 2 weeks, there were 2 hr manager and 2 supply chain manager and they went through on my resume, and then I was invited to on-site again for meeting with director, he did not ask me anything, it was like a last check.
