The interview process was strange. I sent in my resume and got called the same day. The interview was on the spot. It took about 20 minutes and he was hard to understand with his thick accent. That person decided to set me up with another phone interview the next day. I was prepared for all the interview questions, but the interviewer really didn't ask me anything except to confirm I recently got my degree. That interview lasted 15 minutes. I had a third phone interview before I made it to a face to face interview. Wow!
