Entrevista
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter and they helped me through the process. I’m moving so I flew out for an interview (on my own dime) out of state and I talked to three people. The first person I talked to in my interview was super nice and welcoming and easy to talk to. The second person I talked to was cold, rude, and made mean comments about my resume and experience. She glared at me the entire interview, rolled her eyes when I said certain things, and didn’t smile or give any nods of anything. I was extremely uncomfortable and it immediately made me not want to accept the job even if they offered it.
Then, I finally talked to the Manager of the location and she was very nice and said she’d be “speaking with me soon” and winked. I found out a week later I didn’t get the job through a two sentence email from the recruiter I’d been talking to for almost a month and a half.
It was a neutral experience except for the rude girl I talked to who made me feel extremely unwelcome.
There were a few zoom calls and then an in person interview, very striaght forward and everyone was super nice. They asked questions about resume and then conversation flowed naturally with the questions they had.
I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a Microsoft teams interview with the national account manager. Then I had an in person interview with national account manager and an account manager. The recruiter texted me afterwards and asked how it went and then I never heard a word from her or anyone after. It was a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional on their part. You would think they'd at least have the decency to let someone know they didn't get the job/what they did wrong.

Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me and set up an interview over the phone to tell me more about the company and the opportunity that was available. The interview was very laid back and casual.
