Initial Approach by Talent Acquisition specialist via linkedin followed by 1st Pre-screen phone call by a Senior Talent Partner. The Pre-screen call lasted about 20 minutes where the Senior Talent partner discussed the role in detail and asked about my experience relevant to the role. Post the interview, there was no update, no feedback and communication whatsoever. Highly unprofessional coming from a large corporation that too into staffing! A Staffing company that does not respect the interview process has a lot to learn.

Began with a phone screen, then moved to an entry first teams meeting with the local manager, then to an in person meeting and finally a teams meeting with the west coast manager. Personable interviewers with a high focus on conversation. Communication was prompt though no feedback shared towards the end.
