I got a mail from them for the interview and i went there there i came to know it was for their client IBM, where 75 days training program will be there at manipal university with their accomodation. interview was of 2 rounds 1st was online test of Apti+Reasoning+Basic Programming, 2nd was IVR based english test. i cleared both the rounds but i was not comfortable with the low package with 1 year bond and they want immediate joining within 2 days, so i refused and didnt asked for the further process.

Very straightforward, quality, no nonsense questions, one phone, one in person. Simple code tests. Asked technical and good soft skill questions. Felt like a direct hire interview but not quite as intense of extensive.
