The assessment centre was 1 competency-based interview in the morning with 2 interviewers. There were about 5-10 set questions that they score you on. Group task (commercial-awareness based) in the afternoon with a presentation on findings.

3 stages, first on the phone, second over teams, third is an assessment Centre. They discuss your interests, why property, why Colliers, and general property market. The experience was good and well structured.
