Applied on their website and was contacted the next week to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty laid back as the interviewer had a form with the standard interview questions on it that she took notes on. Was contacted to come in for a second interview, again really laid back and comfortable, this time was more conversational.

The interviewing is very personal. They do have the standard stuff like "name a time you overcame (blank)" or "a time you had to work as a team" but a good chunk of it is seeing if you will mesh well and have decent work ethic.
