Applied on their website and was contacted the next week to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty laid back as the interviewer had a form with the standard interview questions on it that she took notes on. Was contacted to come in for a second interview, again really laid back and comfortable, this time was more conversational.

After receiving a call from the HR department to see if I was interested in coming in for an interview at the corporate office, I met with the district manager and was hired same-day. The interview was very laid back and enjoyable, and the interviewer was a fun and passionate person that gave me good vibes for the company. Walk in confident and dress professional, really own your member/customer service experience and be personable, showing them your positive personality and dedication to your work.
