There really isn't an interview process at all. I attended an open house where I was met by a recruiter. The recruiter has me fill out my employment papers and I was hired.

they only asked me for my certification and how many hours I could work. they don't even try to see if I was a decent person or lifeguard. then they asked which pool I could work at. they were generally nice and pleasing. they sold me supplies and told me how to clock in and out.
