Did not even seem like an interview. Basically walked in and discussed what pool i would prefer to work at. The interview is more of a talk as to what pool or area they are going to assign you. I would say unless you have a pending conviction or cant pass the certification, you're not even worrying about an interview.

they only asked me for my certification and how many hours I could work. they don't even try to see if I was a decent person or lifeguard. then they asked which pool I could work at. they were generally nice and pleasing. they sold me supplies and told me how to clock in and out.
