Applied on line got through all the assessment test and had interview. I am relieved that I was not chosen for this position. I've had a lot of interviews, this was the most awkward and strange one I've ever experienced.

There were none it was an eight (8) minute interview over the phone the interviewer explained what I would be supporting, which was everything ever invented electronically. What the pay was and that I was expected to work all hours I am scheduled. I continued to ask the interviewer did she have any questions for me and she said no.

The interview process was easy, just need to know your way around an iPhone in order to help people. They asked some basic questions which was easy to answer. If your familiar with your iPhone and can be resourceful by looking up info, you will do well.
The interview was fairly easy and fast straight to the point, interviewer was really nice and pleasant. I hate that you don’t know what client you will be servicing until u sign an nda

My interviewer was very laid back simple questions, I felt very at ease with the interviewer and was not a bad process. Very quick and painless process. good experience overall.
