Quick application. Was hired after completing typing test and customer service test. First day I was scheduled to work they told me and two others that our background checks hadn't processed yet so we'd have to come back the following week. A couple days later they emailed the required paperwork which I completed. Came back to the office the following Monday and was told I needed a drug test before I could start. Now I have to wait another full week to begin.

It was an video conference interview made by a team leader and lasted 30 min or more. He asked some general questions about the job. I just applied for Home Office. So he mentioned about some disadvantages of that and asked whether I could handle or not. Also he measured my abilities and info about the company.
