Submission of Resume and interview. Resume was submitted. Two interviews were conducted over the phone. A series of questions regarding my background and clinical scenarios were given. Three clinical scenarios were given. I had to show my clinical knowledge by responding with a the appropriate questions to ask a patient according to diagnosis; however, the diagnosis was not given. You had to at least know a differential list to ask the appropriate questions. I was offered a third interview on-site, however, the position start date was delayed 1 year. Therefore, to my knowledge, no one has been hired for this position as of yet. There are several positions available in the future, but the date of hire has not been secured yet. They understand that I am ready when the position hire date is determined.
