Interviewed with 3 of the Software Engineering team leaders. Lasted about an hour total, first half was typical personality interview. Second half was simple technical stuff done on a whiteboard. Some low-level basic programming questions, followed by a rudimentary database structure. Interview was all-around impersonal.

Entrevista
Very unorganized interview .There were multiple interviewers and most of them seemed stressed and it did make it appear as a hectic work environment. There first was a call for availability from a recruiter. Then there was a video interview. The video interview could have used more structure and seemed very disorganized.
Asked two basic coding questions. Super easy questions, if you have a basic understanding of computer science and data structures you will be fine. The interviews are more to see how your personality will fit into the company. If you are personable and easy going you will have no problem with getting an offer from conduent.

I had a Interview with the conduent noida sec 135. The process take 3-4 for all the 3 rounds.
The staff was very supporting. The result call for the interview I have received after 10 days
