Went through a series of PC capabilities, a short test, a Over the phone interview and after submitting all the paperwork required ,my 3 week training started. Conduent is an excellent company!

The interview process was easy, just need to know your way around an iPhone in order to help people. They asked some basic questions which was easy to answer. If your familiar with your iPhone and can be resourceful by looking up info, you will do well.
The interview was fairly easy and fast straight to the point, interviewer was really nice and pleasant. I hate that you don’t know what client you will be servicing until u sign an nda

My interviewer was very laid back simple questions, I felt very at ease with the interviewer and was not a bad process. Very quick and painless process. good experience overall.
