Very smooth and simple interview. Basic interview questions about customer service, time management, and sales experience. Got the offer on the video call and immediately started onboarding. Great introduction to the company.

Name a time you encountered an upset customer and how did you handle the call.
The process was smooth, they first contact you and ask couple of questions regarding your experience, expectations, etc. Later there is a second interview explaining your role that you apply for and after that they usually let you know if you are hired or not.
