Entrevista
I was invited the first HR call; however, the meeting link didn’t work. I sent three emails to the HR representative explaining the situation and then rescheduled the call via Calendly. After that, I asked for confirmation of the interview but never received a response to any of my emails. Therefore, the interview didn't occur.

Entrevista
Die Interviewer waren zwei Digital Learning Manager. Sie stellten sich und die Anforderungen überhaupt nicht vor und bombardierten mich stattdessen mit schwierigen Fragen, die für jemanden ohne Erfahrung schwer zu beantworten waren. Schließlich fragte ich nach der wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit, aber sie wussten es nicht und sagten mir, ich solle den Personalleiter fragen. Das war unglaublich unprofessionell.

Entrevista
During the interview process, I was first contacted for a phone screening, where I answered questions about my background and qualifications. Following that, I was invited for in-person interviews with various members of the hiring team. Throughout the interviews, I was asked about my skills, experience, and how I would handle different scenarios.
I also had to complete a skills assessment to demonstrate my abilities. After all the interviews, I anxiously awaited feedback from the hiring team. Eventually, I received an offer and went through final negotiations before officially accepting the job.
Looking back, the interview process was rigorous but rewarding. It allowed me to showcase my qualifications and ultimately land a position that I was excited about.
