Entrevista
The interviews were fairly easily, mostly behavioral. However, the HR department was awful. I was scheduled to meet with a plant manager a certain week and emailed HR to set up an appointment that week. Didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks. Finally got an email back and was asked to come in to meet with him; was told I would hear back about the position that week. Didn't hear back until the middle of the following week and was told I didn't receive the job.
Ho effettuato due colloqui in presenza, uno con le risorse umane e il secondo con il responsabile. Durante il primo colloquio in cui sono state fatte domande sul CV, hanno indagato anche il livello di inglese.

2 employee presented the company and then give me a 90 minute test, after finishing my test they review it and discuss the details with me. They asked me how many our do I want to work and they also asked me about my expected salary.
