I sent my application online, that same day I received two basic evaluations. A few days later, I was invited to perform another test in person. Although we were a group of aspirants in the same place, it was a personal written test of basic engineering concepts. The process was quick and pleasant, the only bad thing was that they said they would notify in a few days a positive or negative response, to which I never received anything.
