Initial round was phone interview. touch based on basics of java, pl/sql and some ui stuff. Later one technical round with client which is in depth. this was also a phone interview for 1 hr. Once selected, one more round with senior project manager. This was the final round. Interview process was more technical related, some aptitude, some design related questions.

One technical and one HR. I was approached 1 on 1 and I was first invited to a coffee in location, then had some pre-discussions where they have presented to me the company.

HR filter (phone)->Interview 1 (Technical)->Interview 2 (Managers). The main intention of the phone is to discard technical people that is not qualify it for the job, next are technical skills and the final ones related to personal behavior questions how to solve problems, no collaboration from others, conflict management, team and collaboration.
