It was very involved. I applied and then was sent an assessment. I was then chosen for an interview. After which I was invited to complete a paid exercise. I was surprise at how helpful and collaborative the entire process was. Particularly when working through the exercise. While I was not offered the job in the end, I was invited to apply back in a year. They said they were going with someone who had a little more customer success experience than I had.
