HR contacted me for a screening interview first. Then, two Zoom meetings were set up - one with two people the Program Manager position works closely with, and one with the hiring manager and another Program Manager. I thought it was odd that there was no interview with just the hiring manager, and that both interviews mostly consisted of behavioral questions, rather than focusing on the position and how my skills fit.
