First interview was about finding about my motivation, previous experience and knowledge of the role. You have to have done research on the agency and be able to clearly convey why you are the perfect candidate for the role and why you would fit the company culture etc.

Very good process. Easy communication and not dragging long process. The people working during the interview process looked really relaxed and didn’t create a sense of fear. Was offered another role within the business
