Entrevista
The process has 4 stages: recruiter screen (30 mins), behavioral round with a panel of 2 (60 mins), live case study round with a panel of 2 (90 mins), and if you move forward there will be a partner round most likely.
All interviewers seemed nice. The behavioral round was a mix of typical tell me about a time type questions and general working style questions (what would you do differently, how do you manage stress, etc).
However, I felt misled by the case study. Was told it'd be a business case, but turned out to be a AI implementation topic where the expectation was to create a few slides with a list of actionable ideas and a project roadmap on the call itself. The discussion wasn't collaborative and the focus was not on thought process or framework, but rather the solution you can come up with.

For the case study, expect questions like what parameters did you use to choose ideas, how would you influence stakeholders to prioritize one idea over other, etc

Recruiter call then 2 on 1 interview, then case interview 2 on 1, then partner interview. All over a period of 1-2 month period. Quite a long and draining process to be rejected with an automatic email.

I had the worst experience ever and their recruiter is incompetent.
She took my recruiter screen round and told me i will receive some assignment and after 2 weeks of waiting She sent me a rejection email saying that my profile is "too technical" and lacks Business Acumen.
I mean why even shortlisting me, And also there were no solid questions regarding the business during the interview.
It seems its a sin to be a technical person in a technical position.
Or these no technical background recruiters would find any absurd reason to reject a good candidate.
