The hiring manager and senior consultant were wonderful people and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to them. It was a conversation and was not a cookie cutter interview with irrelevant questions. But the response has been practically non-existent. I understand it coincided with the holidays, but we're at the end of January for a process that started in early December and it's pulling teeth to get a response. No transparency or urgency on their part and the lack of communication gives me great pause for how the bank handles their day to day operation. Added note - they re-posted the position without contacting me they had moved on, even after my attempts to get an update, This was for a senior IT role.
