Was contacted and brought in immediately. Was told exact expectations, which were reasonable. Was asked just basic questions. Was told I had the job on the spot. Painless process, and laid back culture. Casual dress. Was told that, if I just did my job and called on accounts, I would succeed. Was only told to maintain confidentially regarding my new role at the company, as the new role was not yet announced to the rest of the organization. Hence, was told I would have to remain mum about my role until a few weeks into the job.
